The bright colors and exuberant patterns of our Kantha Jacket will bring a smile to your face. Each piece is unique and crafted by hand from recycled sari fabric. Stitched together, the fabric is quilted for a relaxed fit and feel.
The jacket is made by hand using a technique called 'kantha.' Kantha takes recycled saris, still worn by the majority of ladies in India, and cuts the fabric into small pieces. These pieces are then sewn together at the edges and joined using a running stitch. Kantha is four layers thick, and this whole process creates a soft quilted fabric. The jacket comes together at our studio in Rajasthan.

Shibori is an ancient dying technique that has been practiced for centuries by artisans in India and Japan. The process starts by dying the cloth in pomegranate, followed by stitching or wrapping thread through and around fabric. The fabric is then dipped into a dye, such as natural indigo. The stitching resists the dye, thereby creating fabulous designs on the cloth. The secrets of this craft has been passed down through the generations and to create an outstanding design takes expertise in stitching as well as the dying process.

This elegant bracelet is handmade with the highest grade red Italian coral, often called 'precious coral,' from the island of Sardinia. Coral has been valued for centuries and has been worn for protection from harm and increasing energy, inner peace and strength.
You can choose whether you want 100% coral, or would like to have two old Tibetan turquoise stones adorn the adjustable closure. Both bracelets are simple, allowing the beauty of the intensely red coral to shine brightly.
A flash of red will add color to any outfit and may provide a burst of energy!

The beauty of these comfortable palazzo pants is the handmade dabu printing. Dabu is an age-old process that has been perfected over generations in India. A local mud mixture is hand printed onto the plain cotton cloth using wood block prints and left to dry. The cloth is then dipped into the natural indigo vat, where the area with the mud resists the dye, and the rest is colored a beautiful blue. After washing, the secret is revealed. Part of the beauty of Dabu fabric lies in fact that each block is placed by the artisan’s hand - what is left behind is an imprint of the personality and character of the blockprinter. Slight variations are to be celebrated.
