Running an international art gallery and boutique puts shipping at the forefront. We understand your concern that this adds time and money to your shopping experience and do everything possible to satisfy your needs.
We ship our products from our art gallery and boutique in the Himalayan foothill town of Shaxi, China, along the ancient Tea and Horse Caravan Trail. Therefore, we have chosen SF International, one of China's largest express service providers with wide international coverage. We have been able to negotiate discounted rates and pass all of these savings onto you. Rates and expected delivery time can be found when you are checking out.
Should there be any local duties or taxes on goods delivered outside of China, Mahakala Fine Arts is not responsible for paying these charges. Once a shipment arrives in your country, a local postal company (not SF) provides the shipping service and final delivery. Should there be any issue with delivery of your product, we ask that you work directly with the local postal company to resolve the problem. There is nothing we can do after the product has been delivered at its destination or, if a delivery is not possible for whatever reason, a pick-up spot / postal location. Additionally, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur during shipping. Given the global supply chain issues, there have been some delays in shipments.
