The elegant colors and exuberant patterns of our Kantha Jacket will bring a smile to your face. Each piece is unique and crafted by hand from recycled sari fabric. Stitched together, the fabric is quilted for a relaxed fit and feel.
The jacket is made by hand using a technique called 'kantha.' Kantha takes recycled saris, still worn by the majority of ladies in India, and cuts the fabric into small pieces. These pieces are then sewn together at the edges and joined using a running stitch. Kantha is four layers thick, and this whole process creates a soft quilted fabric. The jacket comes together at our studio in Rajasthan.

Are they pants or a skirt? Both...perhaps! These flowing sarouel pants look like a long skirt, but are sewn at the bottom and have two leg holes. The fabulous design and the luxurious natural modal fabric will make these your favorite pants in your wardrobe.
Handmade by artisans at our studio in Rajasthan, the natural modal fabric is incredibly soft and breathes, making them ideal for warm weather and relaxed days.
The beauty of these comfortable pants is the handmade bandhini dyeing. This age-old process has been perfected over generations in India. The process starts by dying the cloth in pomegranate, followed by stitching or wrapping thread around the fabric. The fabric is then dipped into natural turmeric dye. The thread resists the dye, thereby creating fabulous designs on the cloth. The secrets of this craft has been passed down through the generations and to create an outstanding design takes expertise in stitching as well as the dying process. Slight variations are to be celebrated.

Shibori is an ancient dying technique that has been practiced for centuries by artisans in India and Japan. The process starts by dying the cloth in pomegranate, followed by stitching or wrapping thread through and around fabric. The fabric is then dipped into a dye, such as natural indigo. The stitching resists the dye, thereby creating fabulous designs on the cloth. The secrets of this craft has been passed down through the generations and to create an outstanding design takes expertise in stitching as well as the dying process.
Fabric: 100% Organic Cotton
